Refund Policy

Shipping Accuracy. Check your address carefully! Please make sure it’s correct before submitting your order. Our delivery guarantee only applies to orders placed with the correct shipping address (address included in the order acknowledgment). If the delivery service has to reroute, our guarantee will not cover the condition of your items. 

Refunds and Replacements. We are sorry to inform you that as our products are perishable, they cannot be returned. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements; customers can only replace their order once.

If the product is damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to get a refund or exchange it. 

Changing or Cancelling your Order. If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact us before 1 p.m. ET on the same business day. Please note that we may not be able to change or cancel your order if you contact us after this period.
